" I like that you can choose an English minor with international students, and can even participate in this if you study in your own language. I also like that many projects involve actual partners of the working field. "

" The course is way more theoritical than practical. Lack of support and many students drop out. Progtamming-wise they start with C# which is a quite hard pr. language for those who have never done programming. Programming is split into three sections. Qt the first one they teach the fundamentals of programming ex. create a capculator in C#. Then after the exam they head into Programming II. which is a big jump because their expectation is too high for those who literally started learning programming 2 months ago. Ex. one excercise was to build a Candy Crush game in C#. I remember that noone has a clue about it in the classroom. I felt shattered because I dropped out of the course, but later on I started the same programme at a different, more practical university and I did not struggle at all. I am in the last year before graduation. If you consider starting the IT course at Inholland and you would rather prefer to learn from practical lessons than from books, you might better avoiding Inholland and choose a higher-ranked institution. " Some courses in the curriculum were repetitive or not super useful or relevant. They also recently changes the curriculum so Spanish language is not mandatory anymore like it was during my studies which is good for new students. Level of education is not particularly high but you can learn some useful things about different subjects in tourism. The new thesis format is more practical than the old one and includes less traditional research. It's a pity that they only taught us about the old format and only changed into the new format on my final year. So basically, many things we learnt about doing research in the first 3 years are now not applicable for out final thesis because of the changes in the format.. "

" Not the best University, the staff hide behind the beurarchracy whenever an issue arrises and this happens often. The best thing about the experience was the Erasmus exchange to attend another university. "

" Huge disappointment. If you’re interested in a more specific field, do not attend this school, but try the Haarlem school instead. Especially the teachers are just trying to make friends rather than actually teach something. "
